Jerome started his career in 1993 at Equinox International, which is an environmental health company. Where they sold water filters.

But he started his entrepreneurial journey by founding Alliance  Landscaping, Inc., on March 1, 1997. After that year, he also founded J. Jacob Enterprise, Inc., which is a general contractor/ real estate developer.
